This policy describes how 3 PICKS uses information accessed through Google OAuth and YouTube APIs.

Information accessed

With authorization, the application may access YouTube channel information, video information, upload and publication functionality, and channel or video analytics. Authentication credentials are used to maintain authorized access.

Purpose of use

This information is used to publish and manage videos, evaluate channel performance, and improve content production.

Storage and retention

Authentication credentials and operational data are maintained in operator-controlled systems. Information is retained as needed for channel management, subject to applicable Google API policies. Requests concerning data deletion may be sent to the contact below.

Sharing

Google user data is not sold or used for advertising. Data may be processed by service providers only as necessary to operate the application, subject to applicable requirements.

Google API Services

The application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access

Google account access can be revoked through Google Account connections. Revoking access prevents further authorized API access, but does not automatically delete previously stored records.
